Peygamber’in doğumu,
Peygamber’in mucizeleri veya vasıflarına
ayırmıştır. Hicretten yaklaşık bir yıl önce, Recep ayının 27. gecesinde zuhûr
eden Mi’râc hadisesi; Hz. Peygamber'in, ilahî sevk ile Mescid-i Haram’dan

<text>The development of "green" machine tools will require novel approaches for design, production and operation for energy savings and reduced environmental impact. Manufacturing processes carried out on machine tools are energy intensive. As machine tools have become more advanced, their degree of automation has risen by adding components such as tool change mechanisms or additional axes. Given the general trend of increasing power demand of machine tools the cost that companies have to expend on electrical energy will rise in the future. Furthermore, the external costs on the environment rise, since currently the majority of electrical power is obtained from burning fosil resources. A foreseeable shortage of fossil resources and a growing demand to include the external cost of environmental damage in product prices are likely to increase the cost of electrical energy for companies even further. Therefore, in order to maintain competitiveness and lower costs, companies have to identify ways to decrease the energy consumed during manufacturing for a given product. <text>Aquaculture production in the Mediterranean has been expanding rapidly over recent years. In the Mediterranean region, European sea bass (Dicentrarchus labrax) and gilthead sea bream (Sparus aurata) are the most important commercial cultured fish species. Increasing in aquaculture activities bring out the risk of emergence of parasitic diseases which responsible for economic losses. Infections of parasites belonging to phylum Myxozoa is generally seen as fish parasites. Myxosporean is an affective parasite group for marine and freshwater fish and causing important economic losses. In this presentation contains the important myxosporean parasites in culture of sea bass and sea bream. Especially, certain investigations are given including Myxosporean parasites observed on sea bass and sea bream, and their general characteristics of these parasites were given. <text>Micropropagation is as a tool for sustainable utilization and allows the production of a large number of virus-free clones within a short period. Also, micropropagationis fundamental for the conservation of genetic resources. The presentstudy was carried out to establish protocols for the invitropropagation of Jujube (Ziziphusspp)and contribute to the conservation of plant geneticresources. In the study, shoot tips of two selected jujube genotypes (20-C-10 and 20-C-22) were used as a material. MS (Murashige and Skoog) medium supplemented with both TDZ (thidiazuron) and BAP (benzylaminopurine) as a cytokinin was used for micropropagation of jujube genotypes. The highest percentage of explants forming shoots (93.3 %) and the highest number of shoot per explants (5.7) was obtained on the MS medium containing 0.1 mg/l TDZ+0.5 mg/l BAP+0.1 mg/l IBA (indolebutyric acid)+0.3 mg/l GA3(gibberellic acid) in 20-C-10 jujube genotype. The highest rooting percentages of 20-C-10 and 20-C-22 jujube genotypes (83.3 % and 80.0 %, respectively) were obtained on half-strength MS medium supplemented with 2.0 mg/l IBA. <text>Welcome to the second issue of the Journal of Science and Technology. The beginning of 2014 comes with enthusiasm and great motivation for initiating an academic, peer-reviewed journal dedicated to publishing scholarly work in information technology and related scientific areas. In this journal, we plan to publish conceptual and empirical papers that take an interdisciplinary perspective in the areas of agricultural , biomedical, chemical, civil, computer, electrical, genetic, industrial, mechanical, naval, nuclear, software engineering. As scientific inquiry advances, researchers in different scientific areas benefit from theories and concepts in other areas, which can bring a broader perspective to their explanations. As such, our journal will attempt to bring academics from various backgrounds to advance theories and offer solutions for society's problems.</text>

Power quality indices of the biogas power plant Mala Branjevina 2 were measured before and after the connection to the distribution network. The biogas power plant is connected to the distribution network using a T-connection on 10 kV overhead line feeders connected to TS 35/10 kV Laslovo and TS 35/10 kV Cepin. Power quality indices for the biogas power plant were measured using the Fluke 1760 Three-Phase Power Quality Analyzer (class A), and were presented according to the Croatian standard HRN EN 50160/2010 which is in accordance with the European standard EN 50160. Short circuit ratio a between three-phase short circuit at the point of common coupling (PCC) and the rated power of the biogas plant were also checked in accordance with the HEP National grid code. In addition, the influence of the biogas power plant on the distribution network was also analyzed. Results show that all the parameters of the supply voltage satisfy limits determined by the Croatian standard HRN EN 50160:2010. Futhermore, harmonic distortion of voltage waveform is even lower after the plant connection. <text>FOREWORD EDITOR OF SPECIAL ISSUE
Intellectual property represents a field of law that has its finger on the pulse of time and
current developments in science, technology, art, politics and economy in almost an unprecedented
manner. As a consequence, the legislation and practice in this area find themselves in a constant
endeavor of offering adequate response and adapting to these changing circumstances and challenges.
The complexity and sensitivity of the nature of this field, also from a legal and political point of view,
makes this task even more demanding.
The legislation and practice in the field of intellectual property in the selected countries of
the region South-Eastern Europe (Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro,
Macedonia and Albania) are certainly not immune to the mention developments. Nevertheless,
while they face certain global challenges (e.g. the effects of digital technologies on the use, management and enforcement on subject matter protected by these rights), they are also confronted with
particular, rather specific issues that are determined by their legal history, cultural environment,
political developments or their position in the process of European integration.
In the initial phase of the planning of this conference, a presumption was established that
due to the geographic proximity, surmountable language barriers, common or similar history and
comparable economic situation some of these particular challenges may not only be strictly national,
but represent cross-border, or regional issues. If that should be the case, then also the solutions to
these challenges need to be proposed and implemented on the regional and not on the isolated
national level.
In order to examine the validity of that presumption and establish the foundation for this
conference, the contributors from the selected countries of the region were asked to critically examine
their national legislation and practice in three selected fields: collective management of copyright and
related rights, patents and trade marks. Hence, the topics dealt within the framework of this conference are not exhaustive and reflect only particular central elements of the discussion on challenges in
the field of intellectual property in the selected countries of South-Eastern Europe, but also the EU.
Hence the objective of this conference in the regional context was to search for challenges
and offer solutions in particular areas of intellectual property that are relevant and valid beyond the
national laws of countries of the region.
The preparatory stage of the conference with regard to challenges in the region SouthEastern Europe (“Regional challenges”) was comprised of four phases:
Phase I/Detecting the Challenges: Country reports on challenges in the field of collective
management of copyright and related rights, patents and trademarks.
In this initial phase, the contributors were asked the prepare reports providing overview
over the national systems (of collective management, patents and trade mark) and foremost underlining major issues/challenges in the practice and in the legislative field on the basis of provided
questionnaires.
Phase II/Facing the Challenges: Summaries of challenges in each field.
In this phase three summaries of challenges (for each area separately) were prepared on the
basis of provided country reports on challenges, where similar challenges in the region were underlined and combined, but also specific national issues were emphasized.

Phase III/Dealing with the Challenges: Conventional solutions and „outside the box“
solutions for challenges in each field.
For the preparation of this phase the contributors submitted their proposals for dealing
with the challenges detected in the national reports and summarized in Phase II that are however not
only valid for their own country, but represent cross -border solutions of a particular issue for the
region. The proposed solutions represented both conventional and non-conventional/„outside the
box“ suggestions aiming for the elimination of a particular challenge, irrespective of potential political or systematic obstacles.
Phase IV/Eliminating the Challenges: Consolidated conventional and „outside the box“
solutions.
Finally in the last phase, the conventional and “outside the box” solutions submitted by the
contributors were summarized in form of an outline of guidelines for dealing with the detected
challenges.
Similar to the region South-Eastern Europe also the European union is facing with a set of
specific issues in the field of intellectual property such as cross-border licensing of rights in musical
works, the long-lasting process of introducing a unitary patent protection, or the deficiencies of the
unitary trademark system (“EU-challenges”). Despite the fact that not all of selected countries of the
region are members of the EU, some of the latter challenges already have or will have an impact on
each of them. Thereby a paradox is created, as the countries of the region striving toward a
EU-membership are partially under the obligation to adopt the “imperfect” EU systems of protection of intellectual property. On the other hand, the countries of the region that are EU-member
states potentially face twofold challenges. The ones they are confronted with in the unitary context
and the others that are rooted in their own national systems of collective copyright management,
patents or trademarks and that are more “regionally-oriented”. Finally, during the preparation of the
conference it was also presumed that some of the regional and EU-challenges coincide and that the
already established solutions on the EU-level and/or the proposed solutions on the regional level
might initiate a discussion that could eventually lead to the elimination of the latter.
Consequently, also the contributors from the EU used a similar approach as the ones from
the region and identified the mayor challenges in the field of collective management of copyright and
related rights, patents and trademarks in the EU and offered conventional and “out of the box”
solutions.
It needs to be emphasized that the opinions and propositions expressed by the contributors
represent their personal views and should not be attributed to their respective institutions and organizations.
We would like to use this opportunity to thank all the contributors who participated in the
preparation of this conference for the effort they invested in shaping this, as we consider, comprehensive and unique mutual research project.

<text>The current generation capacity structure of the Public Power Company Elektroprivreda B&H (EP B&H) of 70%:30% in favour of TPPs provides some advantages like safe and reliable supply, but promoting RES and their use in the generation portfolio of the company is a commitment in order to contribute to sustainable development plans and environmental preservation. The ongoing measurement campaign performed by EP B&H investigates wind and solar energy potential on the territory of B&H. This creates preconditions for techno-economic evaluations of exploiting wind and solar power, with the final aim of building wind power plants (WPP) and photovoltaic power plants (PVPP) in the country. Particularly in terms of wind power, high altitude abandoned areas are assessed for potential WPP construction. Experience from the three year measurement campaign has shown promissing results in the available wind and solar potential of B&H, providing good preconditions for future techno-economic assessments and planning activities. Keywords: wind potential, solar potential, harsh weather conditions</text>
