Title
OPEN SOURCE INTRUSION DETECTION SYSTEM USING SNORT THE COMPARISON OF CODON USAGE IN MITOCHONDRIAL DNA OF SELECTED REPRESENTATIVES OF PHYLUM PORIFERA GRANT, 1836
Abstract
The mean differences of frequency and relative adaptiveness between codon usage tables of selected representatives of phylum Porifera, generally correspond to the real distances between the taxa compared. As expected, the frequency of the appearance of particular codons is comparable among sponges and less similar between sponges and other metazoan.
