<dcterms:title>Drina Köprüsü’nde “Birlikte Yaşama Kültürü”</dcterms:title>
    <dcterms:abstract>Köprüler, insanları birbirine kavuşturan yapılardır. Bir kıyıdan diğer kıyıya uzanan köprülerin temel fonksiyonu, “birleştirmek”tir. Köprü, Balkanist söylemin bölgeye atfettiği en uygun metafor olarak kabul edilmiş, Balkanlar, sık sık Doğu ile Batı, İslâm ile Hıristiyanlık, kısaca “onlar” ile “biz” arasındaki belirsiz konumundan kaynaklanan arada kalmışlığı ile gündeme gelmiştir. Bu nedenle Yugoslavya’daki son savaşlarla ilgili siyasî ve ekonomik değerlendirmelerde bile, en çok gönderme yapılan kitaplar arasında, İvo Andric’in bu metafor üzerine kurulan Drina Köprüsü (1945) adlı romanı yer almıştır. İvo Andriç’e 1961 yılı Nobel Edebiyat ödülünü kazandıran Drina Köprüsü, Bosna’yı ve orada yaşayan insanları, o ülkenin yüzlerce yıllık tarihine tanıklık eden bir köprünün, Drina Köprüsü’nün ‘dilinden’ anlatan bir roman. Eser, Balkan insanın yaşantısını ve kozmopolitliğini, bir köprü üzerinden anlatır. Farklılıkların bir arada bir dönemde nasıl yaşayabildiğinin da görüleceği bu roman, uzun yıllar önce yazılmasına rağmen değerinden hiçbir şey kaybetmemiş; bir millete veya bir cemaate değil de bir ülkeye, bir vatana adanmış bir romanıdır. İvo Andriç’in bu eseri, Osmanlı’da farklı toplulukların -iyisiyle kötüsüyle- bir arada nasıl yaşadığını, geniş bir görüşle ve bir tarihçi titizliğiyle tasvir eder. Biz bu bildirimizde, bugün hem Balkanlarda hem de dünyanın pek çok yerinde başarılamayan “birlikte yaşama” kültürünün bu romandaki yerini irdeleyip “köprü atan/yıkan değil köprü yapan” bir medeniyetin/İmparatorluğun dayandığı dinamiklere temas etmeye çalışacağız.</dcterms:abstract>

    <dcterms:abstract>Predmet ovog rada jeste redukcija autonomije i uloge države u procesima globalizacije usljed porasta moći međunarodnih organizacija i transnacionalnih korporacija. Broj nacionalnih država neprestalno se povećava ali istovremeno smanjuje se njihova moć i uticaj. Suverenost je danas podijeljena između nacionalnih i internacionalnih vlasti. Na gubitak i smanjenje suveriniteta utiču globalna ekonomija nove forme globalnog upravljanja, međunarodni vojni savezi i međunarodno pravo. U skladu s tim nacionalne države nisu više jedini ili glavni oblici vladavine ili moći u svijetu. Socijalna, politička i ekonomska dimenzija globalizacije ogledaju se u novim formama vladavine i autoriteta, novim sferama i poljima političkog djelovanja. Osim toga pitanje organičavanja suverenih prava država u praktičnom smislu bitno se različito postavlja, zavisno od moći svake države pojedinačno. Koliko moći-toliko suvereniteta. Reaktivisanje teorije ograničenog suvereniteta nije rukovođeno samo, a često ni prvenstveno potrebom zajedničkog odlučivanja o nizu pitanja koja se tiču širih područja, ili svijeta kao cijeline, nego prije svega težnjom najmoćnijih država i korporacija da postupaju tako da vlastite interese preoblače u ruho planetrnih interesa, ili da ne dozvoljavaju ugrožavanje tih interesa uprkos opravdanog protivljenja većine zemalja svijeta.</dcterms:abstract>

    <dcterms:abstract>Dyslexia is a learning disability that can significantly affect both the learning process of a foreign language and competences in a foreign language. Although dyslexia is highly individualized, dyslexic people usually face problems with sound differentiation, pronunciation and visual discrimination, since they lack phonological perception. This in turn affects their reading and writing skills. Additionally, dyslexia is characterized by non-linguistic symptoms such as memory deficit, concentration dysfunction, spatial disorientation, information processing and organization, as well as difficulties relating to perceptual abilities, rapid naming, sequencing, and the automaticity of basic skills (European Dyslexia Association). The aim of this paper is to present the outcomes of research conducted on dyslexic/dysgraphic learners of English (the focus group) and non-dyslexic learners of English (the control group), both of whose mother tongue is Croatian. The research is based on a comparative analysis of written discourse. The objective of the research was twofold: to identify differences between the groups of the participants and to check whether dyslexia affects competences in a foreign language in the same way as the native language of a learner. The outcomes of the research are in line with the current theories on the issue, but also reveal some interesting aspects about the effect of dyslexia on learning foreign languages.</dcterms:abstract>

    <dcterms:abstract>With the rising of e-commerce in the past few years, distinct buying patterns and preferences have emerged for specific groups and other demographics. Since e-commerce is still a relatively new phenomenon in B&H, our goal was to collect enough information and measure those patterns in order to understand how consumers connect with the new technology. This paper lays the foundation with brief introduction to definition of e-commerce, followed by history timeline of e-commerce evolution and some important trends and factors which are generally known to have influence on people’s attitude toward online shopping. This is then followed by their general perceptions and preferences of online shopping including product and payment option selection. Each of these e-commerce “generalities” is compared to the information achieved as a result of collected surveys whose respondents are from different regions of Bosnia & Herzegovina. Furthermore, it will also investigate the favorable as well as negative website characteristics and sum up the positive elements into a description of an e-commerce website that would be suitable to the group being most present as an online buyer. <dcterms:title>E-Commerce Management System

</dcterms:title>
    <dcterms:abstract>This study addresses the development and implementation of a comprehensive E-commerce Management System as part of a senior design project. The challenges associated with traditional online retail management, including inventory control, user authentication, order processing, and administrative oversight, prompted the investigation into a unified platform that streamlines e-commerce operations and enhances business efficiency.
The primary problem addressed in this research is the need for an integrated and scalable approach to e-commerce management that accommodates both customer-facing operations and administrative functions. Traditional e-commerce solutions often lack customization, fail to provide comprehensive administrative control, or come with prohibitive licensing costs for small to medium-sized businesses.
The methods and procedures involved in this study encompassed a thorough analysis of existing e-commerce platforms and the design and development of a full-stack web application. The system integrates modern web technologies including Node.js for backend services, React for frontend user interfaces, PostgreSQL for data management, and Stripe for secure payment processing. The architecture implements role-based authentication, real-time inventory management, order tracking, and comprehensive administrative dashboards.
The resulting system provides a scalable, cost-effective solution that delivers professional-grade e-commerce functionality while maintaining the flexibility to accommodate diverse business requirements and growth patterns
<dcterms:title>E-Tutor: Creating, Deploying and Supporting e-Learning Environment</dcterms:title>
    <dcterms:abstract>Modern world relies heavily on technology to achieve necessary improvements in quality of life for all members of society. The rise of usage of technology can also be seen in all sectors of education systems and education processes. By utilizing the technology, education systems are able to accommodate growing number of participants of an education processes thereby expanding student capacity of a school or university. This expansion can be seen in form of electronic learning or e-learning where students are able to attend classes and obtain degrees over the internet. This form of distance learning allows education institutions to migrate from ordinary classroom teaching to computer-based environment where students’ and teachers’ geographical location is irrelevant, meaning students are able to attend classes from any part of the world over the Internet. This form of online environment supports typically supports learner-centralized and self-paced education. Main component of any e-learning system is an online tutor, also known as e-tutor, an educator who will be able to create and manage e-learning environment while at the same time using that environment to teach classes and lectures to students who are attending them via the Internet. This e-tutoring system is created using only freeware components and services which are available over the Internet. Currently, researchers' opinions on quality and advantages of this form of education are divided. Some believe technology-mediated learning environments will improve students’ attitude toward learning and their evaluation of learning experience, while others are warning that this form of education may lead to feeling of isolation and anxiety in student population. Objective of this study is to create simple and effective e-tutoring system to be used for online education and to examine the issue of its usage in context of high school education. Knowledge Management framework was used as theoretical model to create e-learning space for high school students. The model was tested among students enrolled in Computer science classes. The participants were interviewed about their experiences. The results provided interesting insight into the potential and limitation of the e-tutoring system.
