    <dcterms:abstract><![CDATA[Abstract: Nowdays, the increasing application of information technology in modern  business and life in general, virtualization and cloud computing are new solutions  designed to increase the level of system abstraction and degree of utilization of computer  performance. New technologies offer the flexibility, the ability to adapt workloads  resources and to realize cost savings of IT infrastructure in terms of administration and  support costs. The period when the big companies had a monopoly and control over  resources and information are far behind us and the only companies to survive in the  future are „smart“ companies. This paper defines the terms virtualization and cloud  computing and explains its importance as the challenge of rapid success and growth  of the company. Special attention is focused on the savings and its benefits. The  advantages of applying virtualization and cloud computing are numerous only in case  they are implemented in the right way, although many managers have doubts about  this technology. The data is obtained through an online survey which was conducted  in the companies in Bosnia and Herzegovina as well as data Forrester Research that  determined the current level of application of virtualization and cloud computing  in the world and companies in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Besides, it pointed out the  guidelines of the future steps.]]></dcterms:abstract>

    <dcterms:title><![CDATA[The Relationship among Transformational Leadership, Gender and Performance in Finance Sector]]></dcterms:title>
    <dcterms:abstract><![CDATA[In today’s competitive business, the performance of employees has become vital in finance sector. Some studies have suggested that employees’ perceptions of the transformational leadership and gender in their organizations have relationship with organizational performance. Although a plenty of studies support this relationship in developed countries, there is scarce empirical evidence in developing countries. This study tries to examine the relationship among the transformational leadership, gender perceptions and performance in Bosnia and Herzegovina which is a developing and transitional country. Questionnaires were distributed to 150 employees in finance sector. The relationships among variables are evaluated by exploratory factor analysis, reliability test, descriptive statistics and correlations. The study demonstrated a positive and significant relationship between transformational leadership and task performance type of job performance of employees. It also found a positive gender job performance relationship among the employees working in public and private banks of BiH.     <dcterms:abstract><![CDATA[Entrepreneurs are imperative for the long-term economic growth of every country. Researchers are trying to explain how important entrepreneurial intention is by taking different factors in considerations. This paper will discuss three most important groups of factors affecting entrepreneurial intention of unemployed women in the northern Montenegro. Based on literature review, those factors are personal background, personality traits and environmental groups of factors. In this study, focus will be on four factors from each group which are perceived as most important according to researchers. The study will provide new framework in this field. While some studies found that personal background and environmental factors affect entrepreneurial intention, this study assumes mediation effect of personality traits. The main research focus will be on women since majority of unemployed people in the north of the country is women whose small proportion is entrepreneur.     <dcterms:abstract><![CDATA[Özet  Modern psikoloji ve pedagoji verilerine göre hazırlanan yeni dönem dil öğretim sistemleri, çocukların dil öğrenme ilke ve yöntemlerine göre hazırlanmaktadır LEGO, son yirmi yıldır yaptığı çalışmalar sonucunda farklı bir dil öğrenim sistemini piyasaya sürdü. LEGO-StoryStarter (Bana Hikayeni Anlat) ismini verdiği ve LESS diye kısaltılan sistemde dilin farklı alanları için belirlenmiş kazanımlar, etkinlik materyallerinin başlangıç noktasını oluşturur. LESS, ilkokul 2-5 sınıf öğrencileri için konuşma, dinleme, okuma, yazma, teknoloji ve sayısal öğrenim alanlarındaki becerilerini geliştirmek için tasarlanmıştır. Öğrencilerin doğalarına uygun yöntemlerle hikaye oluşturma ve anlatma deneyimi kazandıran özgün bir öğrenim aracıdır.  Dil için belirlenmiş kazanım modeli bütün etkinlik materyalinin başlangıç noktasını oluşturur. Öğrenciler etkin olarak keşfederken, oluştururken, inşa ederken, hikaye anlatırken, sorgularken ve iletişim kurarken bir çok alanda beceriler geliştirirler. StoryStarter, öğrencilerin aşağıdaki kazanım modelinde de gösterildiği gibi konuşma ve dinleme, okuma ve yazma alanlarında beceri, bilgi, ve anlayışlarını geliştirmelerine yardımcı olur.     <dcterms:abstract><![CDATA[Abstract    A study on the research for ‘Sıra Geceleri’ considering its structure, mechanism and contents  in terms of maintaining the conservation of Sanliurfa Culture and its transfer to the next generation.  This study presents the research that remarks the significance of the conservation of the unequalled city culture, which is called Urfa Sıra Geceleri, which is still current but began to disappear rapidly in today’s global world and its major role for the next generations. The study comprises the history of “Urfa Sıra Geceleri” and its attribute provided with conceptual words, the music and literature, especially ‘Divan Edebiyatı’ and ‘ghazel’ at those nights. When considered socially and culturally, the nights, which are dating back to very old ages, are understood to have a great role in the city culture although nowadays they are seen as a means of entertainment. Especially nowadays, whilst social media causes diversity and gaps between the generations, this cultural event, which is still active, has an important role in terms of minimizing the differences.     Key Words: Sıra Gecesi, Culture, Ghazel-Ghazelhânlık, Urfa    Özet     Bu çalışmanın amacı, kültür miraslarımızdan olan ve hâlâ tertip edilen “Urfa Sıra Geceleri”nin  günümüzde hızla yok olmaya başlayan veya küresel bir kimlik kazanan şehir kültürlerinin korunması ve gelecek nesillere aktarılmasındaki rolü; bu gecelerin tarihçesi, mahiyeti, bu gecelere ait kavramlar, bu gecelerde müzik ve edebiyatın  -özellikle divan edebiyatı ve gazel- incelenmesidir. Sosyal ve kültürel açıdan ele alındığında çok eski bir gelenek olan bu geceler, her ne kadar günümüzde bir eğlence aracı olarak görülse de şehir kültüründe çok ciddi bir yer aldığı anlaşılacaktır. Özellikle sosyal medyanın kuşaklar arasında meydana getirdiği farklılık ve uçurumların çok belirgin olduğu günümüzde, hâlâ faal olan bu kültür kurumu kuşaklar arasındaki farklılıkları minimize etme açısından da ayrıca bir öneme sahiptir.     <dcterms:title><![CDATA[Mostarlı Ziya’i Divanı’nda Deyimler  The Idioms In Mostarli Ziya’s Divan]]></dcterms:title>
    <dcterms:abstract><![CDATA[ÖZET  Türk dili; atasözleri, deyim ve halk söyleyişlerinin sıkça kullanımı bakımından zengin bir dildir. Klasik Türk edebiyatı şairleri de bu zenginlikten yararlanmış ve edebiyatımıza bu konuda önemli eserler kazandırmışlardır. Mostarlı Ziya’i Divan’ı atasözleri ve deyimlerin zengin kullanımı bakımından önemli bir eserdir. Bu çalışmada 16.yy. balkan şairi olan Mostarlı Hasan Ziyai’nin divanı deyimler açısından incelenmiştir. Ziya’i Divan’ında toplam 393 adet deyim tespit edilmiştir.   Divanda yer alan bu deyimlerin çoğu günümüzdeki kullanımlarıyla birebir örtüşmektedir. Bazıları divanda kelime değişiklikleri ile yer almış bazılarının ise günümüzde karşılığı olmadığı ve kullanılmadığı tespit edilmiştir. Bunların divanda geçtiği yerler örnek verilerek gösterilmiştir. Ayrıca deyimlerin yanısıra divanda oldukça fazla atasözü ve halk söyleyişleri de yer almaktadır. Bunlardan 26 adet atasözü de çalışmada kaydedilmiştir. Bu deyim ve atasözleri Ziya’i’nin şiirlerine özgün bir anlatım ve akıcılık kazandırmıştır. Ayrıca şairin Türkçe’ye hakimiyetini göstermektedir. ABSTRACT    Turkish language; is a rich language in terms of the frequent use of folk proverbs, idioms and common public sayings. Classical Turkish literature’s poets also have benefited from this wealth of literature and have contributed significant works of our literature on this subject. Divan of Mostarli Ziya is an important work in terms of the rich use of proverbs and idioms. In this study the Divan of Hasan Ziya was analyzed in terms of idioms , who was one of the 16th century Balkan poets. A total of 393 idioms have been identified in the poems of Ziya.   Many of these statements in the Divan coincides exactly with the use of today. Some of the idioms have taken place within the poem by changing some words where as some of the idioms used in poems are not in use anymore. These changes have been highlighted by giving examples in the poems. In addition to the idioms, many proverbs and public sayings are also included in the Divan. 26 proverbs are identified in this study. These idioms and proverbs have given a unique expression and fluency to Ziya&#039;s poetry. It also shows the poet&#039;s Turkish language domination (power of use).     <dcterms:title><![CDATA[MOSTARLI HASAN ZÝYÂÎ DÎVÂNI’NDA TEŢBÝH VE ÝSTÝARELER]]></dcterms:title>
    <dcterms:abstract><![CDATA[Farklı bir kültür ortamında doğup, gelişen Divan Edebiyatı bazı insanlarca ağır ve anlaşılması zor bir edebiyat olarak düşünülmektedir. Bu nedenle araştırılması ve özellikle kullanılan dil ve edebi sanatların açıklanması bakımından incelenmesi gerekmektedir. Bu düşünceden hareketle tezimize Divan Edebiyatı’nın önemli şairlerinden Mostarlı Hasan Ziyai’nin divanındaki teşbih ve istiare sanatları konu olarak seçilmiştir. Çalışmamızda Doç. Dr. Müberra Gürgendereli tarafından hazırlanan Mostarlı Hasan Ziyai Divanı esas alınmıştır.Öncelikle 16.yy.da yaşamış Balkan şairlerinden Mostarlı Hasan Ziyai’nin hayatı,edebi kişiliği ve eserleri hakkında bilgi verilmiş daha sonra divanındaki Türkçe şiirler teşbih ve istiare unsurları bakımından incelenmiş ve örnek metinlerle açıklamalı tasnifi yapılmıştır. Toplam 496 gazel, 11 kaside üzerinde yapılan çalışmada 2920 adet beyit taranmıştır. Şairin en fazla kullandığı sanatların Teşbih-i Beliğ ve Açık İstiare olduğu görülmüştür. Tek mısrada kurulan mufassal ve muhtasar teşbihler ile mefruk teşbih ve kapalı istiare sanatları da azımsanmayacak ölçüde fazladır.  Teşbih ve istiare tanımları yapılarak çeşitlerine göre sıralanmış örnek beyitlerle açıklamalar yapılmıştır. Beyitler daha çok Türkçe gazeller ve kişileştirme sanatının yoğun olarak kullanıldığı ‘’Derya, Güneş ve Hazan’’ kasidelerinden seçilmiştir.  v  Örnekler seçilirken benzetme unsurlarına göre sınıflandırılmış çalışmanın hacmini sınırlı tutmak amacıyla birkaç örnek beyit verilerek diğer beyitler numaralarıyla gösterilmiş ve aynı beyitlerin tekrarından kaçınılmıştır.     <dcterms:abstract><![CDATA[Abstract: Business Continuity Management (BCM) can be defined as a holistic  management process (ISO 22301:2012) which means that interdependences and  connections between all parts of process are very important. BCM is the best way  for the organization to prepare for response in potential future crisis situations and to  avoid damage from theoretical events.  Awareness of importance of BCM in higher education in Bosnia and Herzegovina is  not at a satisfactory level. One of the risks that can have the highest impact on higher  education institution is reputation risk. This BC response plan is particular preparedness  plan of the University for the event of negative media representation.  The purpose of this study is to raise awareness of importance of business continuity  response plans for incidents or crisis situations in higher education institutions. Additional  reason for this study is importance of the reputation of these institutions. Image and  reputation of higher education institutions are crucial for their existing.  Answers will be sought for the following research questions: How higher education  institution can protect of reputational damage, in the first place of negative media  attention?     <dcterms:abstract><![CDATA[In this study the customers’ loyalty of company Volkswagen will be discussed. The issue is very attractive, since the company was facing crisis being accused for software cheats on pollution checkouts. Since they are present in Bosnia and Herzegovina for many years, and some parts were produced on this area, it is suitable that market of Bosnia, and especially market of Sarajevo, would be researched to check how strong loyalty of customers is. The survey was created in order to collect data. In three parts of capital city Sarajevo (Sarajevo City Center, Grand Center and Old Town) people were randomly surveyed. Regression analysis was done, where trust in brand was dependent variable. We found that trust in brand is positively related to brand loyalty, discovering that customers in Sarajevo are loyal to Volkswagen. Studies like this can be done in other countries as well, helping Volkswagen to rebuild trust in customers who were affected by this crisis.
