    <dcterms:abstract><![CDATA[This study includes using photovoltaic solar panels as a power source for milking systems. Milking system consist of 1x4 units. The data of energy requirements of a such systems were collected through milking system legal testing procedure thorough ISO test standarts.  Second step of the study involves using solar panels to run the milking system. For this purpose; technical and economical characteristics of a solar electric energy system was calculted in terms of following design units: solar panel size, battery, panel inclination angle, solar tracking unit.]]></dcterms:abstract>

    <dcterms:title><![CDATA[Milton&#039;s Paradise Lost: Originally Traditional; Traditionally Original]]></dcterms:title>
    <dcterms:abstract><![CDATA[Key words: Milton, Paradise Lost, Biblical, Originality, Imagery  ABSTRACT  John Milton is one of the most prominent figures of the seventeenth-century not only with his prose, poetry, political works, and literary criticism but also with his theological works. Milton draws on the Bible both in his prose works, such as in his divorce pamphlets, and in his poetry. He lived in an era when the Bible was in more popular use , perhaps, than at any other time in English history; “During the English Civil War, soldiers carried a Bible into Battle; before entering the fray, they sang its psalms; before bedtime, parents recounted its narratives; during parliamentary conflicts, proponents cited its verses. The bible was used in Parliament, in pamphlet wars, in education, in courtship and in conversation to an extent that is hardly imaginable today” (Schwartz qtd. in Corns 37). Besides, his personal religious convictionscombined with the fact that he could rely on his audience to pick up biblical allusions easily. This is why, like many other writers and poets, Milton based most of his works on biblical narratives.  In the first Book of Paradise Lost Milton states his purpose explicitly: “To justify the ways of God to men” (I. 26). In this work, in spite of basing his epic on biblical narratives, Milton creates “a deeply traditional and a boldly original poem” (Abrams 1475). Sticking to classical traditions while trying to be original at the same time was the major difficulty Milton faced writing Paradise Lost. This article intends to analyse the difficulty the author faced in two distinct aspects: The first one is the maintenance of decorum with biblical characters, and the second one is the achievement of originality while retelling biblical stories from Genesis.]]></dcterms:abstract>

Utilizing modern technologies like Firebase services and OpenAI the software tackles common obstacles to mental health care, such as cost, stigma, and accessibility. Mindful Mate creates a supportive network while providing members with skills for emotional balance, stress management and anxiety reduction. To guarantee dependability, scalability and user confidence, the project places a strong emphasis on modular architecture, strict testing standards, and safe data management. In order to further improve accessibility and user experience, future plans call for creating a web-based admin panel, moving to iOS, and incorporating smartwatch biometric monitoring.]]></dcterms:abstract>

    <dcterms:title><![CDATA[MISIR’DA TÜRK DİZİ FİLMLERİNİN  YABANCI DİL OLARAK TÜRKÇE ÖĞRENİMİNE ETKİSİ]]></dcterms:title>
    <dcterms:abstract><![CDATA[Özet  Bu çalışmanın amacı yaygın eğitim kapsamında, Mısır’da  Türk  dizilerinin yabancı dil olarak Türkçe’nin öğrenimi üzerine etkilerini ortaya koymaktır. Dil öğretiminde görsel ve işitsel araçların etkisi  büyüktür. Bugün teknolojinin hızla gelişmesiyle görsel ve işitsel araçların sayısı artmış; dil öğrenimi kolaylaşmıştır. Diziler bu görsel-işitsel araçlar yoluyla Türkçe öğrenimine önemli bir katkı yapmaktadır. Diziler konuları ve içerikleri ile dil öğretiminin yanı sıra kültürü de aktarmaktadır. Mısırla Türkiye arasında geçmişe dayanan dilde ve kültürde derin bir müştereklik bulunmaktadır. Bu yüzden Türk dizileri Mısır’da ilgiyle izlenmektedir. Mısır halkı diziler sayesinde   güncel Türkiye Türkçesine aşinalık kazanmakta ve temel kalıp ifadeleri öğrenmektedir. Bunun Türk ve Mısır halkları arasındaki duygusal bağı kuvvetlendirdiği, toplumlar arası dayanışmaya katkı yaptığı anlaşılmaktadır. Türk dizilerinin dost ve akraba topluluklar hatta başka uluslarla diyalogda ve kültürel değerlerimizin aktarımında önemli bir yeri olduğu görülmüştür.    Bu çalışmada nitel araştırma yöntemi ile Mısır’da  yaşayan 126 kişiye anket uygulanmış; veriler tarama yöntemiyle toplanmıştır. Araştırmada ulaşılan veriler analiz edilerek dağılımları ve yüzdelikleri hesaplanmıştır. Verilerden Türk dizilerinin, Mısır halkının Türkçe öğrenmesine yardımcı olduğu anlaşılmıştır. Yabancı dil olarak Türkçe öğretiminde film ve dizilerin etkileri üzerinde durulmalıdır. THE EFFECT OF TURKISH SOAP OPERAS ON THE ARABIAN NATIVE SPEAKERS IN TURKISH LANGUAGE LEARNING PROCESS IN EGYPT    Abstract  The goal of this work is to show the effects of Turkish TV series on learning Turkish as a foreign language in Egypt. The effect of visual and aural sources in language learning is important. Today by the help of rapid development in technology the number of visual and aural tools has increased that makes language learning easier. Turkish soap operas form a significant part of this visual-aural resources. TV series reflect on the culture as well as language learning with their topics and contents.  In this work, survey results are collected from 126 people living in Egypt by using qualitative research method. Distribution and percentages are calculated after analyzing the obtained data from the research. It has been concluded that Turkish TV series have been helping Egyptians to learn Turkish language. It should be emphasized on the effect of Turkish films and TV series in foreign language teaching. This study will discuss the biased representations of and allusions made  to the Ottoman Turk in several early modern plays, the whole of which exceeds 40 in  number, and a distinct focus will be drawn on the playwrights‘ exploitative attitudes and  the reasons motivating such attitudes towards the Turkish material, together with their  impacts on the playgoers of the time, consequently, the society in general.]]></dcterms:abstract>

    <dcterms:title><![CDATA[Mistakes Have Been Made: Evasion of Responsibility in Political Apologies]]></dcterms:title>
    <dcterms:abstract><![CDATA[Key words: political discourse, mediated political apologies, mitigation of blame and responsibility, CDA  ABSTRACT  Over the past two decades, increasing demands for public apologies from politicians have put public apologies at the centre of media attention. Apologies have been the object of a considerable amount of research within the fields of linguistic politeness and speech act theory, sociolinguistics and pragmatics. Much of the research on apologies has been based on interpersonal apologies that involve face-to-face interaction between two individuals. While public apologies share some characteristics with interpersonal apologies, there are important differences between the two types of apologies.  Political apologies represent a highly mediated form of public discourse. They are often the result of a prior demand for an apology, and have layers of implied addressee.  Political apology is the result of a political calculus where the coat of a potential threat to the politician’s public image is weighed against the benefits of restoring the politician’s public image. As such political apologies are skilfully used as symbolic acts by politicians in order to restore their public image (Kampf, 2009).  The paper studies several newspaper articles, which report on political apologies following political scandals that shook the British public in 2008. The analysis is situated within the field of critical discourse analysis, and includes the analysis of the socio-political context in which the apology was made, as well as the explicit comments by journalists, who &#039;are responsible for mediating between the politician and the public.  The aim of this paper is to examine different linguistic forms (passive voice, inanimate agents, generic reference, impersonal use of pronouns) that politicians use in the speech act of apology as evasion strategies to minimize personal agency and responsibility for the offensive act. Findings suggest that the use of ambiguous and indirect message, which is a key pragmatic feature of political discourse (Obeng 1997), is inseparable part of political apologies.]]></dcterms:abstract>

    <dcterms:abstract><![CDATA[Turkish and Turcoman are two of the Oghuz group Turkic languages. While Turcoman forms the east section in itself, Turkish is one of the Turkic languages that form the west part with Azerbaijani and Gagauz language. In this work, mistakes made by Turkmen students who learn Turkish as a foreign language will be tried to be identified. This paper aims at exemplifying and identifying different kinds of mistakes that Turkmen students do while learning Turkish as a foreign language, although Turkish and Turcoman are under the same subsection of the same language family; that’s to say, although these two languages have the same properties of phonology, morphology and syntax -and even sometimes the same vocabulary-, different kinds of mistakes are done by students while learning Turkish as a foreign language. Students, as the participants of workshop, are the students who learn Turkish as a foreign language in Turkish Language Education, Application and Research Centre of Kırklareli University. Mistakes done by students in written language will be identified and classified, and then solutions will be suggested via a comparative study of vocabulary, grammar, phonology, morphology, syntax of these two languages, namely Turkish and Turcoman.]]></dcterms:abstract>

ÖZET  Makedonya&#039;dan Hindistan&#039;a uzanan bölgede muazzam büyüklükte bir imparatorluk kuran İskender-i Zülkarneyn, hem kendi zamanında hem de sonraki nesiller üzerinde ciddi bir etki bırakmış, adı yüzyıllar boyunca unutulmamıştır. O günden bu güne hakkında yazılan kitaplar ve anlatılan hikâyeler İskender&#039;in bıraktığı izin ne denli derin olduğunu göstermesi bakımından dikkate değerdir. Bu etkinin bu kadar büyük ve sürekli olmasında, İskender&#039;in çok genç yaşta tahta çıkmasına rağmen elde ettiği büyük başarı, bazı kişisel özelikleri, yaptırdığına inanılan &quot;âyîne-i gîtî-nümâ&quot; (cihanı gösteren ayna) ve &quot;sedd-i İskender&quot; ile karanlıklar ülkesinde arayıp bulamadığı &quot;âb-ı hayat&quot; gibi konular belirleyici olmuştur. İskender&#039;in tarihî ve edebî eserlere konu olmasına sebep de büyük oranda bu hususlardır. Bunlar yanında zaman zaman eserlerde sözü edilen ve İskender&#039;le birlikte anılan bir başka konu ise gücün ve ihtişamın simgesi hâline gelmiş meşhur tacı ve bu taçla ilgili anlatılanlardır. Evliya Çelebi&#039;nin Seyahatnâme&#039;de hakkında uzunca bilgi verdiği bu taç &quot;Gorona&quot; ve &quot;Manlifke&quot; gibi adlarla bilinmektedir. Tarihte birçok hükümdarın başını ve hayallerini süsleyen taç, önemli bir siyasi simge olarak görülmüş, zaman zaman da savaşlara sebebiyet vermiştir. Tam ifadesiyle &quot;taç kimdeyse güç ondadır&quot;. İskender&#039;le ilgili diğer konular kadar olmasa da Divan şairleri zaman zaman bu taçtan eserlerinde söz ederler. Taç genel itibarıyla eserlerde İskender&#039;e aidiyeti ve gücün sembolü olması yönüyle ele alınır. Bu çalışmada İskender&#039;e ait olduğuna inanılan taçla ilgili kaynaklarda yer alan bilgiler bir araya getirilmiş ve şairlerin dilinde tacın ne şekilde kullanıldığına dair tespitlere yer verilmiştir.     <dcterms:abstract><![CDATA[Izdržavanje djeteta predstavlja svakodnevno, kontinurano zadovoljenje osnovnih životnih, obrazovnih i drugih potreba djeteta. Neizvršenje ili nepotpuno izvršenje obaveze izdržavanja dovodi do prekida ovog kontinuiteta zbog čega se zaštita ugroženog ili povrijeđenog prava djeteta vrlo često ostvaruje u alimentacionom postupku, koji može potrajati mjesecima, pa čak i godinama. Kako bi se barem djelomično ublažile posljedice neizvršenja ili nepotpunog izvršenja obaveze izdržavanja djeteta, zakonodavac je normirao mogućnost određivanja mjera osiguranja. Autorica smatra za shodno da, analizirajući neka od najrelevantnijih pitanja, aktuelizira ovaj institut i posebno naglasi da sudske mjere osiguranja predstavljaju izuzetno važno pravno sredstvo koje stoji na raspolaganju sudu u alimentacionim postupcima, pogotovo u svjetlu njegovog ovlaštenja da ex officio odredi ove mjere.
