    <dcterms:title><![CDATA[Issues of Learning the Romanian Language as a Foreign Language among Serbian Students]]></dcterms:title>
    <dcterms:abstract><![CDATA[The aim of this paper is to present the main issues of learning the Romanian language as a foreign language among Serbian students of the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Novi Sad. It is the intention of the authors to detect and discuss the common errors made by students taking the final test. The testing has been done on a sample of thirty students and the target group were A1, A2, B1, B2 level students. The test consisted of reading comprehension, writing and use of language. The language courses have been held twice a week and last ninety minutes each.    Based on research results, it could be said that students create their own mental grammar that suffers changes during the whole language learning process. The common errors that occurred on A1 and A2 level are related to writing of the Romanian specific vowels ă, î, â and use of article and preposition; on B1 and B2 level errors are related to use of the enclitic forms of personal pronoun, use of present tense and order of words in sentence. Having in mind the fact that error making could be a strategy in language learning process, the authors believe that these results could be a reliable indicator of the Romanian language learning process as a foreign language. Analysing the errors, it could be concluded that there is a strong influence of both mother tongue and other languages learned before. Furthermore, it could be underlined that a large number of errors are intralingual in nature due to the fact they occured as a resuls of transfer from mother tongue or other foreign language.]]></dcterms:abstract>

    <dcterms:abstract><![CDATA[Utvrđivanje najboljeg interesa deteta bez obzira na primenu istražnog,  inkvizitorskog načela u građanskim sudskim postupcima u kojima se rešavaju  porodičnopravni sporovi, složen je problem. Za uvrđivanje faktora najboljeg  interesa kao pravnog standarda i činjenica kojima se nastoji na otkrivanju istine  o ovim faktorima, prednosti istražne maksime su nesporne, ali ni ovakav pristup  ne daje dovoljno garantija. Organičenja su (da li i nemogućnost?) brojna,  značajna i teško otklonjiva. Zaključak opstaje čak i ako se najbolji interes shvati  kao pravo deteta da se utvrdi njegov najbolji interes, kome bi, onda, odgovarala  &quot;dužnost&quot; nadležnih tela da ga utvrde, što procesnopravno nosi različite  posledice (npr., mogućnosti zaštite u posebnom postupku).     <dcterms:title><![CDATA[IT function in the Higher Educational Institution; the Role of IT Center on International Burch University]]></dcterms:title>
    <dcterms:abstract><![CDATA[This paper aims to examine the importance of IT center’s role in supporting administrative and academic staff at International Burch University. IT Center exists as part of the administrative infrastructure International Burch University. The main activity of this subdivision is building a network of communication based on latest computer technology and complete customer support. The primary goal of IT Center is a constant improvement of the system units, monitoring and implementation of modern information technology with the idea of quality and automated customer support.     The research is theoretical. We will do the comparison between definition of the IT Function and actual implementation in practice on International Burch University, also applied managerial models.    The results of the study can be the useful resource for future research and help better practical implementation of IT center support at International Burch University.     <dcterms:title><![CDATA[IT role on proper Financial Statement Analysis]]></dcterms:title>
    <dcterms:abstract><![CDATA[Financial statements are prepared reports to quantitatively describe the current financial  situation of a company. Therefore, proper financial statement analysis is important for the  managers to be able to observe the organization and make financial decisions as a result of  achieving the right information about the company on time. Hence the company can obtain  some benefits.  The tools used in the analysis and the staff motivation who performs the analysis are assumed  in this research as the key variables to develop proper financial statements and therefore the  analysis.The paper’s objective is to describe the current situation about the issue. Therefore, a  developed survey was conducted on accounting department staff within several BiH  companies. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively and the results were discussed  accordingly.     <dcterms:title><![CDATA[It&#039;s a Wiki World: Collaboration in Translator Training]]></dcterms:title>
    <dcterms:abstract><![CDATA[In many traditional types of translator training, there is a strong focus on individual work undertaken by trainee translators, while pair work and group work is used less extensively. Such a focus may, to some extent, reflect the contemporary Western perception of translation as a solitary activity, with a single translator working individually, isolated from the rest of the world. This perception, however, is oversimplified since translation often involves some type of collaboration, such as the translator collaborating with an editor, a copyeditor, the client or a disciplinary expert. In addition, some of the emerging trends in translation in the digital age are collaborative in their nature (e.g. crowdsourcing). It seems therefore that collaboration is an aspect of translation that needs to be addressed more carefully in translator training. The present paper reports on a study focusing on collaboration in a translation course. The goal of the study was to examine the types of collaboration that trainee translators use when they are presented with a collaborative assignment. In the study, trainee translators were asked to complete two collaborative translation assignments using a wiki, which enables monitoring the degree of participation for each wiki participant. The first assignment encouraged free collaboration in an attempt to mirror informal collaboration that trainee translators resort to occasionally:  trainee translators were asked to collaborate in any way they wished. The second assignment was focused on structured collaboration: trainee translators were given detailed guidelines on the types of collaboration expected of them, and on the extent of the contribution they were expected to make. The findings show that the second assignment resulted in more intensive teamwork and promoted more diverse types of collaboration than the first assignment. This suggests that carefully structured collaboration should be given additional attention within the context of translator training.]]></dcterms:abstract>

    <dcterms:abstract><![CDATA[Svrha rada jest analizirati značenje pravila općeg prava (ius commune) u obliku latinskih pravnih izreka (regulae iuris) u suvremenom bosanskohercegovačkom pravnom sistemu, kao i moguću ulogu tih pravila u europeizaciji tog nacionalnog prava. U prvom dijelu rada, autor prije svega istražuje uporabu pravila općeg prava u bosanskohercegovačkoj pravnoj praksi, posebice Ustavnog suda Bosne i Hercegovine. Potom se analizira značenje pravila općeg prava kao važećeg normativnog sadržaja u okvirima suvremenog bosanskohercegovačkog pravnog sustava. Na temelju provedene analize, u zaključnom dijelu rada, autor nastoji odgovoriti na pitanje može li intenzivnija primjena onih pravila općeg prava koja u sebi sadrže pravna načela zajednička gotovo svim europskim pravnim sustavima pridonijeti daljnjoj europeizaciji suvremenog bosanskohercegovačkog prava.]]></dcterms:abstract>

    <dcterms:abstract><![CDATA[Anahtar Kelimeler: Köprü, şehirler, doğu-batı, kültür, çatışma.  ÖZET  İnsanlık tarihi boyunca üretilen ve evrensel kültürel miras olarak adlandırılan eserler, geçmiş değerlerin günümüze aktarılmasında önemli görevler üstlenmektedir. Kültürel mirasın önemli parçalarından biri de kuşkusuz köprülerdir. Köprü, iki şey arasında bağ veya ilişkiyi sağlayan şey anlamına gelmektedir. Köprüler sadece iki mekânı bağlayan somut yapılar olmaktan çıkıp bulundukları bölgede birer ikon haline gelirler. Taşıdıkları anlam itibariyle kentin sembolü olurlar. Kentin kimliklerini taşıyıp orada yaşayan insanlarla birlikte birçok olaya tanık olup şehrin başkarakterini oynarlar. Bosna-Hersek, geçmişten günümüze köprülerle zengin bir ülke olup buradaki köprüler, iki uzak yeri birleştiren taş yapılar olmaktan çıkmış bazen barışın simgesi olduğu farklı kültürlerin kaynaştığı birer mekânken bazen de savaşın başlangıç yerleri olmuşlardır. Bosna-Hersek’teki köprüler, mimari estetik olmanın dışında ayrı bir ruh taşımaktadırlar. İvo Andriç’in Osmanlı Döneminde Sokollu Mehmet Paşa tarafından yaptırılan Drina Köprüsünü anlattığı ‘Drina Köprüsü’ adlı eserinde köprü sadece iki yakayı birleştiren değil aynı zaman da doğu ile batı kültürünü de birbirine geçişini sağlayan bir kahraman olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Yine Osmanlı Döneminde yapılan Mostar Köprüsü çok kültürlülüğün sembolü olmuştur. Ancak bununla beraber köprüler her zaman kültürleri birleştiren yaklaştıran bir görev üstlenmemişlerdir. Bazen de yıkımların başlangıç yerleri olmuşlardır. Saraybosna’daki Latin ve Vrbanja Köprüleri savaşların ilk kıvılcımlarının ateşlendiği mekânlardır. Sunumuzda, İvo Andriç’in Drina Köprüsü adlı romanı bağlamında Bosna-Hersek’teki köprülerin taşıdığı anlamlar irdelenmiştir.]]></dcterms:abstract>

    <dcterms:abstract><![CDATA[Unutarnje ustrojstvo Republike Hrvatske i Bosne i Hercegovine svoju različitost pronalazi  manje u povijesnom razvitku, a puno više u političkim konzekvencama ratnih zbivanja potkraj prošlog stoljeća. U Hrvatskoj se danas vode stručne i političke rasprave o tomu kako postići optimalniji unutarnji upravni i samoupravni razvoj, baveći se i pitanjem moguće regionalizacije zemlje. S druge strane u Bosni i Hercegovini pitanje regionalnoga ustroja zemlje nije u funkciji prioriteta, jer političke snage više su orijentirane ka pitanjima ustavnog ranga, odnosno pitanjima cjelovitosti zemlje i njenoj eventualno drugačijoj unutarnjoj prekomponiranosti.    Autori u članku iznose povijesne odrednice o lokalnoj upravi i samoupravi, te regionalnim povijesnim oblicima, posebno u Bosni i Hercegovini. O istima su već više radova objavili, pa je ovo nastavak istraživanja. Sukladno naslovu članka referiraju se i na aktualno stanje regionalizacije u obje zemlje.]]></dcterms:abstract>

    <dcterms:abstract><![CDATA[Izborno zakonodavstvo Bosne i Hercegovine značajan je katalizator  neuspješne i spore demokratizacije u Bosni i Hercegovini. U svojim glavnim  odrednicama uređeno je Ustavom Bosne i Hercegovine i ustavnim  rješenjima, te je za njegovu reformu prethodno potrebna izmjena Ustava,  odnosno usklađivanje Ustava sa međunarodnim dokumentima o ljudskim  pravima koji su sastavni dio pravnog sistema naše zemlje, a nakon toga i  usklađivanje izbornog zakonodavstva sa Ustavom.  Budući da su izbori u svakom političkom sistemu sa predstavničkom  demokratijom odraz dostignutog nivoa demokratičnosti, što je posebno  značajno za Bosnu i Hercegovinu, u radu će biti ukazano na neka od  značajnih pitanja izbornog zakonodavstva Bosne i Hercegovine, nedostatke  u zakonskoj regulativi, neophodnost strožijih sankcija za nepoštivanje  izbornih propisa i veću odgovornost svih sudionika u izbornom procesu.     <dcterms:abstract><![CDATA[Mogućnost izvršenja na izvršenikovom neupisanom pravu na nekretnini uslovljena je pravilnim razumijevanjem nove zakonske definicije načela upisa. Neusaglašenost odredaba materijalnog prava u pogledu dejstva uknjižbe i trenutka u kojem se stiče pravo na nekretnini dovodi do različitih pravnih shvatanja u pravnoj teoriji, što može generirati pojavu neujednačene prakse u primjeni prava. U radu je izvršena analiza odredaba izvršnog, a u vezi s odredbama zemljišnoknjižnog i stvarnog prava, koje predviđaju mogućnost izvršenja na nekretnini koja je u samostalnom posjedu izvršenika, odnosno na nekretnini na kojoj izvršenik ima utvrđeno vanknjižno pravo vlasništva.]]></dcterms:abstract>
